Sharbati Aata Recepies
Aata Ladoo
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sharbati aata
 - ½ cup ghee
 - ¾ cup powdered jaggery or sugar
 - ½ tsp cardamom powder
 - Chopped dry fruits
 
Instructions:
- Roast aata in ghee till golden and aromatic.
 - Remove from heat, let cool slightly.
 - Add sweetener, cardamom, and nuts. Mix well.
 - Shape into round ladoos.
 
Wheat Dosa
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sharbati aata
 - ¼ cup rice flour
 - ½ cup curd
 - Salt and water
 - Optional: cumin, chopped chilies
 - Oil for cooking
 
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth, thin batter.
 - Pour on hot tawa like dosa, spread thinly.
 - Cook until crisp on edges. Serve with chutney or sambar.
