Flavor Notes
Nutty roasted aroma of sooji, ghee ka richness aur jaggery/sugar ki sweetness — ekdum soulful and indulgent.
Ingredients (serves 2–3):
• ½ cup sooji (semolina)
• 3 tbsp ghee
• ½ cup sugar or jaggery (adjust to taste)
• 2 cups milk or water (or mix)
• Pinch of cardamom powder
• Chopped nuts for garnish (cashews, almonds, raisins)
Method:
- 
Roast Sooji
• Pan mein ghee garam karo.
• Sooji daal kar light golden aur nutty aroma aane tak roast karo. - 
Add Liquid
• Slowly milk/water dalte hue continuously stir karo to avoid lumps. - 
Sweeten & Flavor
• Sugar/jaggery aur cardamom powder add karo.
• Medium flame pe 2–3 min cook karo until thickened. - 
Serve
• Garnish with chopped nuts and raisins.
• Serve warm, ya ek dum fresh from stove. 
Optional Twist:
• Thoda saffron strands ya rose water add karo for an extra festive, aromatic touch.
