Ingredients (makes 2–3 pancakes):
• ½ cup whole wheat flour
• ¼ cup grated carrot
• 2 tbsp finely chopped beans/peas
• 1 green chili (finely chopped)
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• Pinch of salt
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• ⅓ cup water (adjust to make smooth batter)
• 1 tsp oil/ghee for cooking
Method:

Batter Ready
• Wheat flour, veggies, chili, turmeric, salt aur cumin seeds mix karo.
• Dheere-dheere water dal kar smooth batter bana lo. - 
Cook Pancakes
• Non-stick pan mein oil/ghee garam karo.
• Batter ka ladle dal kar medium flame pe golden brown dono sides tak cook karo. - 
Serve
• Garma-garam serve karo with green chutney ya yogurt.
• Optional: Sprinkle thoda chat masala for extra flavor.
